Manchester City are prepared for the duel against Paris Saint-Germain, for the first leg of the Champions League semifinals, on Wednesday. And for coach Pep Guardiola, the English team will not change their style of play and will play in search of victory. The Catalan, however, said that PSG will have “chances”.

“We will grant counterattacks and chances. They have quality. They are extraordinary. The only way to minimize these things is to impose your game. The more you are yourself, the more chance of passing. If you think about your opponent, it is more difficult”, said Guardiola.

Guardiola said Manchester City cannot be worried about being among the top four in Europe and cited an apprenticeship he had with Johan Cruyff. “I learned one thing from Johan Cruyff: enjoy the game, take responsibility and take advantage of the situation. We are privileged to be one of the last four teams. Being here is not to be worried or sad. That is the mentality that the biggest teams and the greatest athletes have”, he concluded.
